We also maintain a transactional practice, comprising the structuring and negotiation of sophisticated transactions and products, and provide strategic advice on complex litigation settings, also acting as counsels to the parties or expert witnesses.

Providing legal opinions on matters related to corporate and securities law
Negotiating shareholders’ and other agreements ruling the relationship between investors
Advising companies on governance related matters, such as the relationship with shareholders, the functioning of administrative bodies and interactions with the CVM
Participating in companies’ and investment funds’ general meetings
Advising on M&As and public offerings
Drafting and reviewing internal corporate policies and procedures regarding matters such as integrity, negotiations and disclosure
