PRACTICE AREAS

In our practice, we advise and represent our clients in investigations and disputes in all corporate and securities matters, including the Brazilian Securities Commission – CVM and the Brazilian Central Bank – BACEN, as well as in arbitration procedures. Our team also provides legal counsel reflected in legal opinions and memoranda on complex issues related to our practice areas and advises companies, boards of directors, committees, fund managers, audit companies and other clients on their strategic matters. We also maintain a transactional practice, comprising the structuring and negotiation of sophisticated transactions and products, and provide strategic advice on complex litigation settings, also acting as counsels to the parties or expert witnesses.

Representing plaintiffs or respondents in administrative proceedings before the CVM or BACEN
